Also I am thrilled to see this work by Barbara Todd. I was unaware of it. Your hand stitching is beautiful.Sherri Lynn Woodhttp://daintytime.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28288094.post-38623918040900255592010-11-29T13:30:07.288-08:002010-11-29T13:30:07.288-08:00Amazing project. Makes me feel like I'm doing something but this quilt will say a thousand words.Peggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18071261854957363637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28288094.post-36704871781992128462010-11-28T19:12:03.755-08:002010-11-28T19:12:03.755-08:00Hi Heather,

I don't know if you are following the recent mess on the North/South Korean border. Another Canadian friend told me that the report she heard on CBC seemed quite calm. I can tell you, there is very little calm over here in Japan. North Korea has been a major headache for decades and now they seem too eager to test the patience of South Korea, the U.S., Japan and even their big brother, China. It's scary and none of it makes sense and it's STUPID. I suggest that instead of making quilts, make prayer rugs with bomb and coffin images so that we can all get down on our knees and pray to whichever God we choose to for sanity to return.

Peace for all of us during this approaching holiday season and beyond.
