Mary Poppins takes the children to the zoo at night and all the animals, the carnivores and prey, are out of their cages and dancing together in a circle. They tell the children that it is the dance of life and part of life is eating and being eaten. When I read that many years ago I realized that there is a lot more going on in Mary Poppins than Walt Disney depicted. Your image captures that joyful life-hunger perfectly. It's going to be magical piece.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28288094.post-38610020832659346112014-04-05T09:18:24.196-07:002014-04-05T09:18:24.196-07:00the rodent wheel is very energetic, can't wait...the rodent wheel is very energetic, can't wait to see it stitched. can't honestly say I love the snake but it is perfect in the design.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28288094.post-16518107836738887362014-04-04T07:46:18.390-07:002014-04-04T07:46:18.390-07:00Ooh, another Codex piece!
